Project & Initiative Planning

Clients have often approached GrantSmith with a general idea on their community or organization's planning needs. Through strategic, economic, or business planning, Tara Damin has worked collaboratively with local agencies, businesses, and other organizations to plan, prioritize, and sustain success for initiatives and projects. For instance, communities can take advantage of Comprehensive Planning Grants through the Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs (OCRA), or other organizations can utilize USDA for Rural Development, or business planning opportunities.
